TKV Thermoform GmbH is a high-performance, flexible plastics processing company that manufactures molded parts using the injection molding process.
We use our many years of experience to offer our customers the best possible service when it comes to plastic molded parts. Modern technical equipment in all areas and our experienced, motivated employees ensure the best possible implementation of our customers’ wishes and ideas.
Our investments in technical equipment in the injection molding shop, design and toolmaking are an expression of our constant efforts to develop further. They offer us the opportunity to provide our customers with the best possible, state-of-the-art advice and to implement their wishes.
Services
We help you to find optimum solutions and advise you from product development to the finished plastic part. We ensure that the molded part is designed to be suitable for plastic and support you in the selection of materials, taking economic and ecological aspects into account.
We manufacture on 47 injection molding machines with a clamping force of 25 t to 420 t in 3-shift operation. Our production processes almost all thermoplastics, from standard to high-performance plastics, as well as compostable plastics.
We combine injection molding with mold making. In this way, we ensure that your product and your tool are optimally matched.
Our product developers, designers and tool mechanics combine state-of-the-art technology and craftsmanship from the realization of the sketch or design draft to the completion of your tool, so that your tool becomes a masterpiece.

Quality management

Environmental management
An environmental management system has been integrated into the existing QM system at our company since 2009. Our main objective is to use energy resources and raw materials sparingly and to avoid emissions and the uncontrolled escape of pollutants into the environment.
